Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Team Handling: Lead, guide, and support a team of HR/recruitment professionals. Allocate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of goals. Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and promote collaboration. Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching. Foster a positive and productive work environment. 2. Requirement Gathering (Recruitment Planning): Collaborate with department managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Prepare detailed job descriptions and specifications based on inputs from department heads. Plan recruitment timelines and strategies in alignment with organizational goals. Maintain a database of hiring requirements and ensure its timely updates. 3. Onboarding: Coordinate pre-joining formalities such as document collection and background verification. Plan and execute seamless onboarding programs for new employees. Facilitate orientation sessions covering company policies, processes, and organizational structure. Ensure new hires are equipped with necessary resources and introduced to relevant teams. Follow up with new joiners for feedback and early-stage support. 4.Training & Development: Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance data. Design and implement training programs for both new and existing employees. Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions. Maintain training records, attendance, and post-training feedback. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
