Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and enhance our talent acquisition processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic hiring initiatives, overseeing recruitment operations, and managing a team of recruiters to meet business and client objectives. This role requires a strong background in talent acquisition, leadership, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute data-driven recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring productivity and goal alignment. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Optimize Recruitment Processes: Utilize analytics and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition. Employer Branding: Strengthen TeamSpaces positioning as a preferred recruitment partner through strategic branding and engagement initiatives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and industry regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in HR consultancy, staffing, or talent acquisition within the financial and banking sectors is highly preferred. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and candidates effectively. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and data-driven recruitment tools.
