Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Specialist located in Kolkata. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and collaborating with department managers. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires.
