Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Hiring Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced positions across Information Technology (IT), Finance, Sales, and Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying top talent, coordinating interview processes, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a challenging environment. Role & responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers across IT, Finance, Sales, and PMO to determine hiring needs and develop proper hiring plan Identify and engage candidates with niche skills based on specific job requirements. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including Sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate assessments, Offer discussion Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Negotiate employment offers and ensure a positive candidate experience. Support additional HR initiatives as needed. Preferred candidate profile 5 - 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years in a fast-paced hiring environment. Experience in hiring for IT, Finance, Sales, and PMO roles preferred. Corporate recruiting experience in a high-growth environment or an agency background in permanent placements. Strong knowledge of internet recruiting techniques, job boards, and resume management database systems. Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines. Experience in on-campus recruitment is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities.
