Company Name :- GI GROUP Experience : 2 years and above Location : Mumbai Designation : Consultant/ Senior Consultant Days : 5 days ( Hybrid) Roles and Responsibilities Source and r ecruit healthcare professionals (Medical devices, Pharmaceuticals industry) , FMCG and chemicals. Source through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.). Utilize effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and objectives. Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications Recruitment experience in middle & higher level management. Screening through CV's, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client. Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken. Maintaining & updating the Database. Should be Good with Candidate Follow - Up Client interaction, Client Anchoring, Account Management. Experience in RPO will be preferred.
