We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Head to drive sales growth, develop key relationships, and expand market presence within the Architectural and Commercial Interior Fit-Out Furniture Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and key account management, particularly working with architects, interior designers, project managers, and corporate clients. Who has connections with architects and government. Education & Experience:B Tech15+ years of B2B sales experience in the Architectural, Commercial Interiors, or Fit-Out Furniture Industry.Proven experience in handling high-value projects, corporate clients, and key accounts.Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate (20LPA+ can give) The candidate should be BangaloreThe candidate should know the South languages read and speakSkills & Competencies:Strong networking and relationship-building skills with architects, designers, and industry professionals.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to lead teams, drive sales, and manage multiple projects.Knowledge of design trends, modular furniture, workspace solutions, and project-based selling.Microsoft Office and sales analytics Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, real estate developers, corporate clients, and contractors.Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to increase market share.Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.Client & Market Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture and commercial interiors industry.Collaborate with architects and designers to position products in projects.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.Team Leadership & Coordination:Lead, mentor, and support the regional sales team to achieve their sales goals.Work closely with the marketing, product development, and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.Drive customer feedback collection to enhance product offerings.Operational & Strategic Execution:Develop sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to present to senior management.Monitor market pricing, margins, and competitor activities to stay ahead.Ensure efficient CRM usage to track pipeline, sales performance, and customer data.Interested candidates can apply to saee.chalke@inquegroup.com or can share resume 8591987254Regards,SaeeSR HR Manager
