Job Description

Role & responsibilities 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in the Video Surveillance Industry, Selling Projects & Products like Video Management Software, Surveillance Cameras, Access Controls, BMS, etc., directly reaching out to corporates and local Government Bodies in the assigned Region. Identifying and developing New Customers for project sales (B2B) by professionally understanding customer requirements & lining up technical support. Achieving targets as per plan and projections. Meeting with potential clients to determine technical/business requirements and share all necessary information as needed. Meeting with Contractors/Consultants /Architects for prospecting. Create and confidently deliver sales presentations to customers. Understand business drivers at the customer end and make proposals accordingly. Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, etc. Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework. Able to understand business drivers at the Customer end. Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm. Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, and KPIs. Adhere to the Company's Quality and Business Processes. Create value for customers by perceiving evolving customer needs and making an effort to support them. Achieve results through feedback and breakthroughs to attain milestones in customer focus. Achieve results within timelines by continuous improvement and accountability towards goals. Ability to communicate effectively. Able to convey/sell thoughts and ideas by listening first & ensuring that the concerned person or group has grasped the core message. Preferred candidate profile Deep understanding of CCTV cameras (IP/Analog), NVRs/DVRs, and related accessories. Knowledge of Video Management Systems (VMS) and AI-based analytics. Awareness of storage solutions (HDD/NAS/SAN) and backup requirements. Basics of networking: IP configuration, PoE, cabling, bandwidth, and resolution settings. Ability to conduct site surveys, create system designs, and propose suitable solutions. Understanding system integration with access control, fire alarm, and automation systems. Solution selling & consultative approach. Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills. Lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
