Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1.You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's . 2. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force. 3.To ensure total market coverage, target achievement and information flow from the team to management. 4.Create + implement a strategy to grow the region. 5. Vacancy management and attrition control and motivating the team . 6.Team performance monitoring, review & management. 7.Maintain a high level of professionalism in handling customers. 8.Monitoring competitor activities and business in the assigned territory and timely report the findings. 9.Daily reporting of the field visits & activity details to the respective line manager, planning work schedules, regularly attending company meetings, presentations, and briefings to consistently achieve the monthly and annual targets assigned. 10. Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role. 11. Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory & Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs.
