Role & responsibilities Drive sales and business growth for shrimp health products in the region. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with shrimp farmers, hatcheries, and distributors. Provide technical support on shrimp disease management and product usage. Lead, train, and monitor the regional sales team for optimal performance. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand positioning. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Preferred candidate profile B.Sc./M.Sc. in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Veterinary Science, or related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in aquaculture or animal health sales. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within East & West Godavari. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Perks and benefits Location: Krishna, East & West Godavari Experience: 5 to 7 years Salary: Best in Industry Experience in selling probiotics, antibiotics, or health supplements for shrimp. Strong industry connections in aquaculture. Fluency in Telugu and English is an advantage
