Job Title: Regional Category Manager Industry: Fintech/Financial Services Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Regional Category Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key brands. As a Regional Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing the portfolio of brands, ensuring their satisfaction and growth, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on account health, relationship management, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: AUM Planning and Execution: Develop and execute the AUM (Assets Under Management) strategy to achieve or exceed the deployed target, ensuring effective planning, tracking, and adjustments as necessary. Brand Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key brands, acting as their primary point of contact to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Portfolio Health Monitoring: Closely monitor the health of the brand portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any issues promptly to ensure brand satisfaction. Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value. Develop tailored strategies to ensure long-term partnerships. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads to expand the brand portfolio, ensuring business growth and success. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and performance reports to management, tracking progress against KPIs and making data-driven decisions to improve results. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong experience in relationship management, preferably in a reputed brand with an account management role. Proven ability to generate leads and grow business relationships. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience in the mobile industry will be an added advantage. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: MBA Min 8 to 15 years of relevant experience
