Position: Regional Manager Experience: 5-12 Years Location : North India Education: B.E Electrical or Electronics preferabally with MBA Industry Type: Solar/ Power/Energy Functional Area: Sales, BD Job Description Candidate will be responsible for: 1.Product introduction & launch; 2. Making & submiting business proposals to customers; 3. Selection of relevant channel partners / customers; 4.Responsible for sales in complete region for all assigned product category; 5.Support for updation of forecast, order processing; 6. Provide full support for data management & back-end operations; 7.Coordinate with back-end / commercial departments for meeting product delivery timelines of channel; 8.Payment followup & collection; 9.Reconciliation of accounts with the channel partners; 10.Conflict resolution with team & channel partners; 11. Upkeeping of all sales records; 12.Updating weekly & monthly reports; 13.Interface with channel partners for escalations related to sales related matters / order processing; 14.Carry out any other duty assigned by the management from time to time; 15.Responsible for monitoring sales support activities like submission of invoices / proposals / payment collection; 16.Collecting & analysing competitor information data; 17.Retention & increase of market share for assigned product category in each account; 18.Team handling & mentoring capabilties; We are looking for: 1.Candidate should be at least a graduate having minimum 6-8 years experience in Channel Sales of Solar / Energy / Power products; 2.Candidate should have knowledge of Power Products Like: • UPS • Inverters • Solar Batteries • Solar Panels 3.Excellent Communication Skills.
