Join JM Financial Asset Management as a Regional/ Cluster Head for Bank & ND vertical at our Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Kolkata locations, overseeing distribution through primarily wealth led banks and national distributors. Seeking individuals with a minimum of 15-18 years in channel sales specializing in MF, PMS, AIF, and wealth management product distribution. Key Responsibilities: Distribution Management. Develop and execute channel strategies for asset growth. Drive client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Identify and on-board new clients within the targeted distribution channels. Provide product knowledge and conduct training sessions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Mitigate risks associated with distribution activities and implement effective risk management strategies. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications: 15+ years in asset management distribution. MBA Finance, CFP, CFA, CWM, MBA Securities Markets, or MBA Fintech. Strong knowledge of MF, PMS, AIF, wealth management and industry trend. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred: Professional certifications (CFP, CFA, CWM). In-depth knowledge of securities markets and fintech.
