Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team responsible for collection of Unsecured Business Loans (UBL) & Personal Loans from assigned regions. Oversee the entire collections process, including pre-litigation, litigation, and recovery activities. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve recoveries. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in Collections or Recovery role. Strong understanding of NPA management, X bucket handling, and Unsecured Business Loans/Personal Loans. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
