Job Title: Regional Head Collections Department: Field Operations (FOS) Location: Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai ( No relocation allowed ) Reporting To: National Collections Manager Job Purpose: Seeking an experienced Regional Head Collections to lead and optimize field collection operations across a large geographic region. This senior role involves managing Area Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Agents to achieve collection targets, ensure compliance, and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to maximize debt recovery and operational efficiency. Leadership: Mentor and manage Area Managers, setting clear KPIs and performance benchmarks. Performance Management: Monitor collection targets, analyze performance data, and implement corrective measures. Operational Oversight: Ensure cost-effective operations, maintain process consistency, and optimize resource allocation. Escalation Management: Handle high-priority cases, disputes, and legal escalations. Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide insights, track key metrics, and report to senior management. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies, conducting regular audits Training & Development: Drive training initiatives to enhance collection skills and compliance awareness. Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key clients, customers, and internal teams. Growth & Expansion: Identify new opportunities for enhancing collection rates and team efficiency. Skills & Qualifications: Leadership: Strong ability to manage and develop large teams. Strategic Thinking: Problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent stakeholder management and dispute resolution skills. Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analytics, collection software, and reporting tools. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of debt collection laws and risk management. Experience: 10+ years in collections, with at least 50% state coverage as SH Collections in the region.
