Establish & develop relationships with Banks. Provide end-to-end solutions to Banca partners, ensuring that service level commitments are met. Responsible for achieving the top line targets through bancassurance partners. Stay up to date with the market and manage relationships with potential partners for future acquisition. Drive focus on aspects of customer acquisition, retention and cross selling, & provide value addition to the Banca partners. Assist channel partner with training and guidance to conduct business. Managing all Bank tie-up branches of the territory. Team development, management, monitoring the productivity, performance tracking of team members.
