Job Description

Job Role: • New Franchisees scouting in the allocated geography with an aim to sign up to further to drive incremental business growth • Strategic Planning- City wise expansion plan in accordance with the budgets & required growth • Lead Generation- by pro active use of online ads, emails, SMS blast and through various events • Open to travel around 15-18 days in a month. • Knows the allocated geography and preferably travelled extensively in same. • To take part in Franchise Exhibitions • To ensure that the Service Agreement is signed and all the relevant documentation is complete. • Responsible for managing business from a group of cities in a defined geography and is responsible for overall Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations of the region • Responsible for meeting the revenue & enrollment targets for the branches within the budget • Planning & implementing marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in the region with the help of corporate marketing team • Devising Go-To-Market strategy, for the given geographies keeping the local intelligence of the market
