Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis. Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands while maintaining high-quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile 8-11 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Agrochemicals & Fertilizers. B.Sc (Agriculture), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a recognized university. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
