Role & responsibilities Strategizing and undertaking ATL & BTL Marketing campaigns, New Product launches, Communications, Events, Public Relations, Lead Generation, Sales support & Market Research. Marketing strategy and Integrated communication development. Drive efficiencies across media through strong buying / negotiations in Print, Radio & TV. Working collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manage integrated marketing strategies, coordinating communications programs for the development of event promotional materials and other collaterals Build intimate understanding of Local Markets & Brand and establishing new products in market through BTL Activation. Support Sales Team in building of Brand / Activation plans for the zone in the context of local market. Identify, develop, pilot, and implement local ideas e.g., leveraging local communication mediums, new sales channels and avenues, local activation opportunities etc. Develop the monthly / quarterly / annual marketing plans for the Zone to deliver Zone volume targets. Develop partnerships for local activation/ Trade & Rural fairs / PR Communication / In depth Penetration of the markets Build relationships with Marketing Agencies. Drive cost leadership across communication materials and activities. Monthly review and monitoring of expenses and take corrective actions to optimize expenditure Preferred candidate profile Good interpersonal skills Good concept of overall Marketing Self-Initiator Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Candidate should from Building Material Industry
