We are seeking a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Chennai Locations. This role focuses on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance Bhima brand awareness and drive sales in the luxury and high-end Jewellery segment. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Bhima brand and achieve sales targets. Campaign Management: Lead digital advertising, social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional events. Market Research : Analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities. Content & Brand Positioning: Oversee the creation of compelling content across all channels to engage our target audience. Partnerships & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and external partners to enhance brand reach. Innovation & Industry Trends : Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, industry trends, and platforms to keep the brand competitive. Regional Marketing Leadership: Manage all marketing activities in Chennai Locations, including ATL, BTL, CRM, digital, and media. Business Development: Conduct market research and surveys for existing and upcoming locations in Chennai. Competitive Analysis : Monitor and analyse local competitors to refine strategies and maintain a strong market position. Execution & Team Management: Develop and implement regional marketing plans, overseeing a field team to ensure effective execution. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in luxury or high-end brand marketing, preferably in Retail jewellery, fashion, Insurance or lifestyle segments. Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, Excellent analytical skills to interpret market trends and consumer behaviour Ability to manage budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
