Responsibilities: 1) Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the companys goals and target audience, incorporating market research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth. 2) Oversee all online marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to strengthen the company’s online presence and drive customer engagement. 3) Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using this data to inform and adjust marketing strategies as necessary. 4) Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns and improve outcomes. 5) Design and manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and other retention strategies using CRM insights, monitoring customer engagement and loyalty metrics to ensure program effectiveness and customer retention.
