Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1.Monitoring the Raw,Semi finished and Finished goods quality as per SOP 2.Testing Packaging material & chemicals quality as per SOP 3.Train the subordinates on updated/required testing procedures 4.Monitoring the CIP & hygiene process and reporting to QA Incharge 5.Performing Lab Glass ware calibration 6.Monitor and maintaining the accuracy in testing by cross verifying 7.Daily QA reports preparation 8.Shifts administration of Lab assts 9.Attending the market complaint and Analysing for route cause and suggested for redressal 10.Ensure and monitor product tracebility machanism for entire food chain 11.Monitoring the Curd culture cost and Recommending the Curd culture Combinations and bring down the cost as much as possible with superior quality 12.Do Competitor comparative study in the field every month and furnish a report for analysis 13.RM & UH : Cross verify the Lactometer at frequent intervals at CCs and also notify the variations noticed in the Milk Tanker test acknowledgement Preferred candidate profile To ensure the QA Functional activities which are related to quality to comply with effectiveness of quality monitoring system
