SALES EXECUTIVE/MANAGER (SOUTH $ WEST REGION) Position: Regional Sales & Project Manager – Solar/Energy Sector Location: Delhi NCR (Head Office Based) Industry: Solar, Lighting, Inverter, or Battery Open Regional Positions: Southern or Western India Market: Open to candidates who can travel across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Eastern India Market: Assam, Odisha, and West Bengal. Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional from the Solar, Lighting, Inverter, or Battery industry to lead and manage regional projects and customer engagements. The ideal candidate will be based in Delhi NCR and will oversee operations across designated zones in India, ensuring exceptional customer service and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop business with project customers, contractors, and government departments. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations both online and offline. Maintain strong follow-up routines with clients and internal departments. Independently handle regional operations and deliver on customer expectations. Represent the company in regional markets and build strong local networks. Candidate Requirements: Must have prior experience in the Solar OR Lighting OR Inverter or Battery industry. Proven experience in dealing with project-based clients and government bodies. Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in the local language of the assigned region is a must. Good, confident presentation, negotiation, and coordination skills. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
