Designation / Department - Sales & Marketing Qualification - Graduate Experience - 4 to 6 years Candidate Profile - Male ONLY Interested Candidates can mail your updated resume at unihr02@gmail.com We are seeking to appoint a sales executive who will be manage the end-to-end process of establishing, after-sales support, sustaining, improving the Trailer axle business with year- on- year sales growth, improved profit margins, bringing in more new customers and thereby increasing the customer satisfaction index in order to expand in the domestic market of Trailer axle within the scope defined by the management and well within the guidelines of the organization. Position Description: Have clarity to communicate and energize the vision for current customers and drive excellence throughout the sales organization. Work closely with diverse clients at all levels (in purchasing, operations, supply chain, engineering etc). You are expected to be able to sell throughout all levels of the customer organization and also internally. You are expected to take responsibility of after-sales support activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely Finance, Design Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics, and other team members. Meet with, and maintain relationships with, customers; work with dealer network, obtain new business, retain customers and resolve issues effectively with each customer. Develop comprehensive customer database and identify strategy and specific actions to continuously grow portfolio at each customer. Understand and utilize effectively competitive and business intelligence and competitive landscape identifying key competitors' strengths, weaknesses, risks and opportunities. Function as a key member of the sales team for sales targets and achievement Position Requirements: 1. Confidently display a combination of strong sales, marketing management, technical and financial aptitude 2. Progressively responsible experience within a similar product line 3. Broad involvement in sales and maintenance of OEM components. 4. Creatively drive success and exhibit ability to build stronger, repeatable sales processes and an understanding of a wide variety of customer relationships is demanded. 5. Proven navigation skills of how sales systems work - both internally and externally. 6. Enthusiastic style and eager to direct teams and also ability to work autonomously andwith high levels of independent productivity. 7. Excellent communication both written and oral 8. Demonstrable history of profitable sales growth at previous organizations 9. Candidates from Axles Industry only
