Role Responsibilities Account Management/ Farming: The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing key accounts Hunting : Responsible to penetrate market and source new business opportunities. Responsible to handle the existing accounts. Responsible to increase SOP Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+ To ensure timely collections. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships at every level of customer Timely Delivery, finalising price & sending offer to customer External Customers & Principal Negotiation, Business Development & Technical support from brands Qualification & Experience Essential/ Desirable Job Description Document Experience in wires, cables & switchgear sales Technical understanding of wires, cables & switchgear products Essential Knowledge/ Skills Expertise wires, cables & switchgears Essential Customer Management Essential Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Essential Education Graduation from reputed institute (Engineering preferred)
