Job Title: Regional Sales Head Location: Pune, India Experience: 7+ years experience in IT Sales, with a strong background in Network & Solution Sales, Data Centre, Hosting Services, Cloud, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security Solutions, Managed Infrastructure Services, System Integration Services. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Head to lead our business development efforts in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling IT solutions and services to enterprise customers, ensuring business growth and market expansion. Interested? then write in to reenad@frontier.in immediately. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the region. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with enterprise clients. Provide consultative sales solutions for Network & Solution Sales, Data Centre, Hosting, Cloud, Managed (Enterprise IP) Voice, Security, and other IT services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and enhance performance. Identify trends and competitive strategies to position the company's services effectively in the Pune market. Ensure consistent sales growth while maintaining profitability and adherence to company policies. Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical, presales, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of selling IT solutions including Cloud, Data Centers, Security Solutions, and Managed Services. Strong understanding of enterprise networking, system integration, and digital transformation solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to drive sales strategies and meet/exceed revenue targets. Experience in handling large enterprise accounts and government sectors is a plus. Why Join Us?
