Who We’re Looking For We need a dynamic, front-facing sales leader who thrives on networking, engaging with elite architects, UHNI clients, and industry influencers, and driving high-value sales in the luxury construction space. The ideal candidate is someone who: Excels in consultative sales, building lasting relationships with top-tier clients. Has a background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or design, ensuring technical credibility while engaging with architects and builders. Loves being in the field—meeting clients, attending industry events, and positioning Artius as the leader in mass timber buildings. Is passionate about sustainability, innovation, and premium architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Growth & Market Leadership - Drive sales and position mass timber buildings as a premium, sustainable alternative to concrete and steel. - Identify and develop business with real estate developers, luxury homeowners, and hospitality brands. - Educate stakeholders on the technical and aesthetic advantages of engineered timber. 2. High-Impact Networking & Relationship Building - Build deep relationships with A-list architects, HNIs, and luxury real estate leaders. - Represent Artius at elite industry events, design forums, and sustainability summits. - Collaborate with marketing to create high-impact case studies, digital campaigns, and thought leadership content. 3. Sales Excellence & Project Engagement - Lead negotiations and structure high-value deals for mass timber projects. - Offer consultative sales expertise, guiding clients on technical feasibility, design flexibility, and sustainability benefits. - Ensure seamless coordination with engineering and project execution teams to deliver landmark projects. 4. Industry Insights & Market Intelligence - Stay ahead of trends in sustainable construction, luxury real estate, and architectural innovation. - Provide management with key market insights to refine sales strategy and product positioning. What You Bring 10–15 years in sales/business development of luxury building materials, architectural solutions, high-end interiors, or sustainable construction. Exposure to mass timber or engineered wood is a plus. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (a technical background is crucial to engage with architects and builders effectively). Exceptional networking skills, with an established network in real estate, construction, and architecture. Confidence, charisma, and a passion for high-value sales, especially within the UHNI and luxury segment. A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of closing premium projects.
