Operations Management Device strategies for market development and deploy business development teams in the region. Responsible for improving sales and achievement of sales goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Set brand-wise sales targets Responsible for brand promotion. Identify opportunities to promote brand, such as influencer meets, trade shows, exhibitions etc. Represent Dorfen Global in key events. Closely monitor business development activities of the team Responsible to closely monitor team KRAs. Conduct weekly performance reviews. Commit and work towards targets for defined KPIs. Monitor the customer funnel, responsible for improving customer experience from top to bottom of the funnel Device rewards and incentives for sales and business development staff and submit for management approval. General Maintain High level of professional etiquette and upkeep Goodwill of Dorfen Global. Conduct daily/weekly departmental meeting and reviews. Submit leave request to HR Manager Strict adhere to organizations SOP and policies Report vacancies to the HR department, Participate in the selection process Team Management Monitor & Review the performance of subordinates. Help subordinates to achieve targets & to close major clients. Ensure subordinates are following organizations SOP and policies Give training, support & guidance to the existing and newly joining subordinates. Foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize team performance. Record Management Prepare daily activity reports & submit to concern authorities.
