Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Facility Management Location: Mohali, Punjab Reports To: Regional Business Head – North (Based in Gurgaon) Compensation: ₹12 LPA (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives This is a full-time work-from-office opportunity Our Client Our Clients are a leading Integrated Facility Management & Contract Catering Company in India, headquartered in Mumbai. They provide tech-enabled, sustainable, and cost-effective IFM and Workplace Food solutions to corporations and industries, improving their business performance and delivering seamless end-to-end operational solutions. They have 18 years of business experience and deploy more than 8K people in 280 client locations in India. About The Role We seek an experienced and dynamic B2B Corporate Sales professional to drive business growth in the Haryana and Punjab territory . The ideal candidate will have a strong sales or business development background within Facility Management, Security Guarding, or Corporate Services industries. This high-impact, target-driven role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management services across Haryana & Punjab to meet business targets within the timeline. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to closure by optimizing the funnel. Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, admin heads, procurement leaders, and facility heads. Conduct regular market analysis to understand client needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Collaborate with the operations and pricing team to prepare customized service proposals and RFP responses. Ensure effective client onboarding and handover to operations, and support initial deployment for service excellence. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth. Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and provide regular updates to the Regional Business Head. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 5 years (minimum) of proven B2B sales/business development experience in workforce-driven corporate services industries like Facility Management Security Guarding Corporate/Workplace Services People with other industries, such as IT, FMCG, or BFSI (Financial Services), please do not apply. Strong client network across industrial hubs, corporate parks, and commercial setups in Haryana & Punjab. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver under pressure. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Why Join Us?
