Regional Sales Head Location - Bangalore Qualification MBA with 12-15 years of exp in General Trade from good FMCG Industry only. Should have handled Multiple states in South Region with strong geographic knowledge in South India. Should be in capacity of RSM from past 2-3 years Job Responsibility- Responsible for setting strategies and driving performance across region. Forecasting and Planning: Lead zonal level demand forecasting to support inventory planning Design and oversee channel strategies to ensure seamless distribution in region Develop and roll out the GTM strategy across the zone.
