Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets in alignment with the companys growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and position our software solutions effectively. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and prospects. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to the India Sales Head to support decision-making and strategic planning. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand business opportunities. Requirements MBA from a reputable institution. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors. Strong understanding of the market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscape. Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results. Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach to sales. Willingness to travel extensively within the South and occasionally nationally as required.
