Role & responsibilities : - * Drive sales and business growth in the assigned region for Cosmetics OTC products. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. * Manage and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Representatives. * Build strong relationships with distributors, stockists, and key retail partners. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to optimize sales strategies. * Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and brand visibility in the market. * Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management. Preferred candidate profile :- * Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Regional Business Manager (RBM) in the Cosmetics OTC sector. * Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. * Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
