Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve regional sales targets. Provide training and support to sales representatives. Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement weekly basis Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members Ready to travel extensively in Gujarat Joint FW with SO to increase in-clinic effectiveness Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement regional sales strategies to increase sales and market share Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Market Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Analyze market data and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve company goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile: Qualification: B Pharm/BSC, management degree will be an added advantage Experience: > 8 years and experience of handling team of 3-4 Sales officers Speciality: Dermatology/Cosmetology Team: He/she will be managing team of 7-8 Sales representative
