Job Description

Experience: 14-25years (Experience require in Construction Chemical or Allied Industry). Qualification:Bachelors Degree in Civil/Chemical Engineering or MBA in sales & Marketing. THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS- Must possess team leadership qualities for regional development with motivation and responsibility. Must be able to lead the region on profit centre basis. Should be able to analyse the potential & select key targets to ensure that plans turn into actions through an agreed qualitative & quantified action plan. Networking & Relationship Building he should be capable of supervising & providing strong support to existing & potential new customers for developing Business. Ensure targeted sales & collection of payment, generate sales from target market as per business plan. Assume responsibility for delegated Key Accounts Management (KAM) & Key Projects Management (KPM). Prepare and control the sales budget for the region. -Ensure & maintain discipline and initiate corrective actions where necessary. Ensure implementation of companys rules at branch level in day to day works. -Manage the business development of the projects vertical to achieve business targets - Manage the various stakeholders in Projects vertical Architects / Interior Designers (AID), Contractors, PMCs (project management Consultants) Role could have following Facets : Demand generation by interaction Architects/ Interior designers/ Builders -Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities, to drive project sales. Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand project-specific needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies. Product Promotion:Ensure that product quality and benefits are effectively communicated to project stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities. Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project sales performance regularly, prepare detailed reports on sales activities, and provide insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key project customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
