The Job: As a Key Account Manager, you'll be part of our Direct Sales team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to: Deliver Sales plan consistently, administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth. Sales Management, Analyze and implement all operational plans for reservations and ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management. Customer Relationship, connect with key customers and build strong relationship for sustainable growth Collaborate with internal and external stake holders to drive key accounts growth Design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure rapid increase in sale of products. Expand Distributor Network to grow sales rapidly in All India level Supervise effective maintenance of pipeline and ensure punctual reporting mechanism to strengthen management. Design various strategic plan to improve sales and marketing plans in India- Electronics and Electrical verticals , Distribution Strategy for All India. Manage everyday communication with all distributors and detect issues and opportunities. Analyze and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports. Supervise regional competitors in specific market and provide report for expansion chances/opportunities. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: At least 18 years of technical sales experience in the industry with proven track record, demonstrated leadership and management skills, knowledge, and experience in Industrial business. Added advantage if possess experience in fastening industry experience. Driving sales growth wherein both direct and distributor's Go-To-Markets models complement each other Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and personal sales skills. Demonstrated team building, mentoring, and developing skills Strong relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills. Excellent ability to represent the company externally and build alliances. Proven ability to work within and build a Matrix environment. Leading Beyond Reporting Lines, Set & Monitor Expectations Comfort with taking risk/actively takes calculated risks Leads through influencing mindsets and behaviors and able to rally resources to get stuff done Systematic Thinker and a good listener Established relationships with senior clients or customer leaders Bachelor's Degree in engineering with Post Graduate/ Diploma in Business Administration is Preferred in Sales and Marketing.
