Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for solar products and solutions. Lead a team of sales representatives to ensure regional goals are met or exceeded. Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving market share growth for solar products in your region. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, distributors, and other industry stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for high-value accounts. Sales Coaching & Team Development : Mentor and train sales teams, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and professional growth. Reporting & Analysis : Track sales performance and generate regular reports on key metrics (sales growth, pipeline status, forecast accuracy). Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Collaboration with Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to develop regional campaigns, promotions, and materials that support the sales efforts. Product Knowledge : Stay up to date on solar technologies, product offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape to effectively position the companys solutions in the market. Contract Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations and close sales deals while ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company. Compliance & Quality : Ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, and industry standards regarding solar sales and installations.
