Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customer segments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Deliver a high standard of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and drive loyalty. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams for business development initiatives. Ensure smooth and efficient communication and execution across departments. Provide tourists with accurate, end-to-end information to ensure seamless travel experiences. Track sales performance, submit timely progress reports, and adjust strategies as needed. Lead and mentor a sales team, driving performance and ensuring individual and team targets are met. Maintain strong product knowledge on both domestic and international destinations, offers, and packages.
