JD Regional Sales Manager (GT) 3nos Requirement We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Head for our 3location ( Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan ) to lead our Regional sales team in the solar PV industry. Expanded market reach for solar PV module products through channel sales strategies. Cultivated and maintained strong relationships with distributors and dealers to enhance market presence and achieve long-term sales goals. Established and managed the channel and distribution network, overseeing the onboarding process. Supervised distributors and channel partners to ensure effective collaboration. Led initiatives to drive sales performance and maximize profit margins. Possessed in-depth knowledge of franchise, distributor, and dealer management within the designated territory. Oversaw daily operations within the assigned region to ensure efficiency. Focused on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Identified business development opportunities and implemented projects for design and build clients. Executed marketing and sales promotional activities to boost visibility and engagement. Provided training and development for channel partners and team members to enhance performance. Ensured timely follow-ups with customers regarding orders, payment terms, approvals, and issue resolution. Collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs effectively. Offered pre-sales technical support and product education to clients. Managed after-sales support services, providing necessary technical assistance. Focused on maintaining and increasing sales while developing effective sales strategies and setting clear targets. Gathered feedback from distributors, dealers, and customers to inform market research and strategy.
