Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Service Manager to oversee the service operations for 2-wheeler electric vehicles (EVs) across a designated region. The role involves managing dealer networks, ensuring high service standards, driving spare parts revenue, and fostering dealer development. The Regional Service Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing service teams, and expanding the service infrastructure to support the growth of our EV business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage service operations across the region, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and customer issues Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines at all service centers and dealer workshops Drive spare parts sales and revenue growth across the region by promoting genuine parts usage and ensuring availability Manage escalated customer complaints, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues Monitor and address recurring service issues to improve reliability and customer trust in EV products Work closely with dealers and service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement, reduce complaints, and increase retention Manage and mentor a team of field service engineers Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and R&D teams to align service objectives with overall business goals Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field 8-12 years of experience in service management, preferably in the 2W or EV industry
