Role & responsibilities : Developing and appointing new business partners to expand reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers & franchisees to assist them to promote RSA. Constantly ensuring that the providers meet the highest quality standards through training, audit and evaluations. Mapping Client requirements in fleet availability & TAT for service Preferred candidate profile : 5+ years of customer service experience (emergency response and/or automotive preferred) Knowledge of business requirements of subcontracting and relationship management Strong communication skills, written and oral Perks and benefits : As per industry norms.
