Job Description

We are Hiring Regional Spare Part Manager for a Japanese MNC based in Chennai. Candidates with minimum 4 Years of experience in Spare part management must apply Job Title: Regional Spare Part Manager Grade: AM / DM Location: Chennai Experience: Minimum 4 Years CTC: Upto 16 LPA (including 6%variable) Objectives Ensure that the Branch warehouse of region, operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal β€” by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational Goals. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining part handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods. Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance Goals. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. Review and Monitor workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service Monitor to ensure, Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations Responsibilities Vendor Management – (Transport Vendors, Courier vendors, Warehouse Management / 3 PL Partners) Ensure to achieve KPIs – PSR (Part Supply Ratio), Customer Satisfaction, PU TAT (Part Used – Turn Around Time) & RMA (Return Material Authentication) Management & Part Delivery TAT, Maintain Good Quality work in region to avoid Damage / Defective / Mismatch parts supply, if any same needs to be checked properly & take corrective action including Sales Return of Parts Cost efficiency – Continuously work with new ideas & process changes to ensure cost efficient operation Responsible to achieve assigned Sales Targets – Timely billing, ensure appropriate stocks at warehouses, MSL (Minimum Stock Levels) at ASCs Regular monitoring of all pending SOs (Sales Orders) and extend necessary support to filed team in case of long ETAs in consultation with respective product planner & team members Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory management, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime Inspect Stock / Inventory with Right Storage process regularly Interact / Meet regularly with warehouse Team to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention & improve Operational Excellence Oversee and manage logistics for transporting parts to ASCs (Authorized Service Centers), communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages For further assistance contact/whatsapp: 9354909523 or write to maanvi@gist.org.in
