Designation: Regional Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore Brief Summary The Regional Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end retail hiring across ORRA stores within the assigned region . This role requires extensive travel to various store locations to identify, attract, and recruit top retail talent, including poaching high-performing candidates from competitors. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the retail and jewellery industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following) Identify hiring needs and ensure the timely recruitment of Sales Executives, Store Managers, and other retail roles Proactively source candidates through job portals, networking, and store visits. Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to select the best candidates. Actively engage with high-performing sales professionals in competitor stores to attract them to ORRA. Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Travel extensively across the region to meet hiring demands and ensure effective talent acquisition. Organize and execute recruitment drives in key locations. Work closely with Store Managers and Area Business Managers to address manpower gaps. Negotiate job offers and finalize hiring in coordination with HR and store teams. Provide hiring updates and insights on talent acquisition trends within the region. Skill Required Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in retail recruitment, preferably in the jewellery, luxury, or fashion sector. Strong network in the retail industry and experience in talent poaching. Willingness to travel extensively (80% of the time) within the assigned region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring targets.
