Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR Design and develop engaging training content, manuals, and materials Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and e-learning programs Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics Maintain and update training records and reports Stay updated on the latest training tools, trends, and best practices Support onboarding of new hires with induction and orientation sessions Collaborate with SMEs to develop role-specific training modules Manage Learning Management System (LMS), if applicable Location- Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad
