Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Product Training: Develop and deliver structured product and sales training programs. Create engaging training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules. Stay updated on product features and new launches to ensure accurate training. Drive knowledge retention through innovative training methodologies. 2. Sales Force Development: Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design targeted interventions. Train on key sales techniques, negotiation, objection handling, and closing strategies. Provide hands-on coaching, role-plays, and On-the-Job Training (OJT). Educate sales teams on distribution strategies, productivity improvement, and new outlet acquisition. 3. Behavioral & Soft Skills Training: Develop a customer-first approach within the sales team. Enhance communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Address mindset barriers impacting sales performance. Foster teamwork and a collaborative work culture. 4. Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement: Define KPIs to measure training success and impact. Collect and analyze feedback to refine training programs. Integrate industry best practices and latest sales training trends. Key Skills: Strong understanding of sales methodologies and distribution networks. Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities. Ability to engage and inspire sales teams for high performance. Proficiency in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
