Qualification : BE/B.Tech Good Understanding of Automotive/Manufacturing domain Strong experience in SFDC Sales & Service Cloud, Field Service Strong Functional experience in Sales, Service, Marketing cloud functional areas of SFDC. Experience in requirement analysis, BRD preparation, Functional Design documentation. Good in suggesting Salesforce Solutions to customer Expertise in building E2E Test Scenarios by discussing with Business SMEs and SFDC Dev team. Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console Should heave expertise in user story creation, backlog management, and Agile methodologies. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Salesforce implementations. Should be able to define the product vision, roadmap, and goals for Salesforce implementations, aligning with business objectives. Should be able to prioritize features, enhancements, and system improvements to maximize ROI and meet user needs. Good knowledge on Community / Analytics / Platform Should have experience in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools Professional: Should have good interpersonal and communication skills. Business Analysis skills to understand the stakeholder requirements and propose the best technical solution Automotive industry experience is preferred.
