Job Description

F ocus on developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, partners, or stakeholders. T hey serve as the primary point of contact, handling client inquiries, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring smooth communication. A ctively listen to client needs, understand their preferences, and identify opportunities to meet their needs and improve the customer experience. A ddress and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. I dentify potential new business opportunities, cross-sell and upsell, and contribute to the company's growth. W ork collaboratively with internal teams like sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery. T rack client performance, identify trends, and report on their findings to improve company practices.
