Aromaaz is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and business development, preferably from IndiaMart , Just Dial , TradeIndia , or the Insurance sector . Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth. Identify and onboard new business clients through effective networking and lead generation. Handle client queries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business processes. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, client feedback, and market insights to management. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Key Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales, client management, or business development . Preferred industry background: IndiaMart, Just Dial, TradeIndia, Insurance sector . Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
