Job Description

A leading financial services company in the broking industry, HQ in Mumbai dealing in a full array of products and services including stocks, options, bonds, mutual funds, and managed accounts is seeking RM for various locations; Locations: Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat, Jaipur, Udaipur, Delhi, Lucknow JD for RM Responsibilities: 1) Handling sales through partners (MFD/ IFA/ RIA/ ND/ Wealth management firms/ Financial product distributors/ associations/ Insurance agents) 2) Empanel at least 8 new partners per month for incremental volumes 3) Developing and leading business development strategies to achieve allocated targets 4) Increasing AUM share in the assigned partners 5) Filling in timely reports using CRM 6) Liaison and synergize with various internal departments and contribute to sales 7) Providing all the necessary information to help the company make decisions to increase volumes/implement best practices 8) Ensure constant information is shared with partners related to the company 9) To conduct trainings for partners and their customers 10) Travel to different geographies for business 11) Tying up with regional associations in various cities to garner more business Must Have: 1) At least 100 active connects of MFD/ IFA/ RIA/ ND/ Wealth management firms/ Financial product distributors/ Insurance agents 2) Self motivated with strong inclination towards Sales and achieving targets 3) Inclination to travel to different geographies for business 4) Good understanding of Financial Markets
