Job Description

Relationship Manager Commercial Lines (All Lines of Business) Department: Commercial Insurance Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Relationship Manager – Commercial Lines to lead coordination across all commercial insurance verticals, including but not limited to Fire, Marine, Engineering, and related lines . This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless interaction between internal sales teams, insurance partners, and underwriting departments. The ideal candidate will also play a critical role in onboarding new partners and enhancing operational efficiency to support business scalability and growth. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Policy Coordination: Manage the complete lifecycle of commercial insurance policies—from quote sharing and documentation to issuance and closure. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between the insurer’s commercial underwriting team and internal stakeholders, including sales and partner management teams. Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Facilitate timely onboarding, training, and enablement of new commercial insurance partners to drive expansion and efficiency. Performance Tracking: Maintain and update real-time dashboards to monitor lead status, policy conversion rates, and overall performance metrics. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all policy-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and internal audit requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement operational enhancements. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree minimum) Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in commercial insurance coordination, relationship management, or sales support Industry Knowledge: Working understanding of commercial insurance products (e.g., Fire, Marine, Engineering, etc.) and basic underwriting principles Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on effective stakeholder and partner management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business tools (e.g., CRM systems, dashboards) for reporting and data analysis Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
