We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Post Sales CRM -(Real Estate Developer) for a reputed Real Estate company at the Kamothe location. Requirements :- Must have ability to understand real estate legal documentation as well as working knowledge of RERA is a must. Must have 1+ Yrs Experience in Home Loan & CRM in the Real estate Industry MBA or Management degree will be preferred. Responsibilities:- Making Welcome Calls/Verifying the booking documents, Knowledge of RERA and Stamp duty registration process. Timely follow-up for Payments and registration as per the milestone. Escalation to be escalated to various departments as per the requirements Collection targets to be achieved Communication with clients and sales to be updated in sales tools Handle legal procedures of stamp duty & registration. Checking Sale Agreements, Maintaining records of the Agreements and Registration handle all areas including agreements, payment collection, registration of sale deed, and handover Maintaining possession and maintenance status of the projects. Should be able to handle customer queries for loan requirements, eligibility including finalization, liaison with banks and Home Loan finance companies etc. Working of loan eligibility of Customers particularly the self-employed customers but not limited to them Follow up with customers for KYC and loan eligibility documents. Should be able to prepare cash receipts after bifurcation of principal amount and service tax. Maintenance of Customer booking Records in CRM system, their accounts, statutory receipts from customers like GST, Stamp Duty, registration charges, legal charges, etc. Attending to queries of Customers regarding their payments, dues, interest calculation, home loan, and other related queries Coordinating with Home finance companies for project approval and home loan approval of customers Any other assignments were given by management from time to time. Maintaining relationship with all booked clients. Handling process from after booking to till possession. Replying to customers via email, messages, etc. Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely working for the Preparation of the Final work Report. Responsible for Demand generation, Cheque validation, Sales Order, Generation, Customer Master, Material, Debit & Credit Note Creation Managing post booking customer services till the delivery /possession stage. Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress Assisting customers on allotment of Flats, Registration, Cancellation, Bank Loan Issues, Transfer of Deeds, Bank Loan processing of document.
