Job Description

Job Purpose: Acquisition of new asset relationships through various channels and managing a portfolio depending on the geography covered and the branches mapped to the RM and maintain HNW relationship management of the SME customers in order to provide quality service to the customers. Roles and Responsibilities: Relationship Management Responsible for the growth of the portfolio. Nurture existing relationship to generate business & acquire new relationships - ensuring targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream. Business development Identification of the potential customers. Acquiring the account and capture the maximum share of the wallet size. Credit Appraisal and Monitoring Understanding client requirements for credit facilities, preparation of CAMs. Audit & Compliance Ensure the compliance requirements of bank, RBI FMC, SEBI and other guidelines Value Chain Liability Tapping the supply chain of the customers like the promoters, directors, vendors, clients, and franchisees accounts. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience in Working Capital Sales and Service portfolio.
